Our Lodging

The Miramare accommodation, built in 1960 by grandmother Rina and grandfather Alcide, is still managed by the CABANO family who have always wanted to maintain an exquisitely familiar imprint without neglecting the many needs of an Italian and international clientele. This lodging is located in the center of Tellaro, on multiple floors, without an elevator, in a restricted traffic area (ztl zone) that is freely accessible to our guests, with a view over the entire Gulf of Poets, just a few steps from the cliff overlooking the sea and the beach of Fiascherino.
The Hotel has an apartment with 4 beds for weekly rentals all year round. We also offer rooms without breakfast for the entire winter period without hotel and restaurant service.
Miramare is a family-run business, therefore you’ll benefit from all the care and attention given to make you feel at ease at all times.

Prices and Conditions

Tourist tax - Municipality of Lerici:
€ 3,00 per day per person.

Conditions:
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date, the penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged;
• In case of cancellation within 15 days before the arrival date, the penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be charged;
• Beyond these terms, the compensation is equal to 20% of the entire stay;
• No-show/early departure the refund is equal to 100% of the booked stay;
• The deposit to activate the reservation will not be returned.

Children:
• Children under 3 years old go free (sleeping in a cot / crib).
• Children between 3 and 8 years old are charged 70% of the room rate, per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed);
• Children aged between 9 and 12 years of age pay 80% of the room rate, per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed);
• Older children or adults are charged 100% of the room rate per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed).

Animals:
Small pets Euro 10.00 per day

Regulation

Arrivals and departures:
• On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 14.00 to 19.00;
• On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10.00 am;
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the cost of the room is accounted for the entire booked period;
• If you are expected to arrive after 19.00, please notify us in advance by phone;
• Your reservation will be confirmed following the payment of a deposit of 100 euros per person;
• Payment by IBAN bank transfer (ask us for more info on the subject); Or credit card (request secure link)
• We are located in the ZTL of Tellaro therefore we kindly ask you to inform us, at check in, the license plate number of your vehicle
